Family Medicine

Giving families the TRUE Care they deserve.

Wilmington Health Family Medicine is here to meet the comprehensive healthcare needs of all your family members. Our goal is to provide you with a medical home, a concept that was developed in primary care and is supported by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

As primary care providers, our department promotes wellness care for the entire family. Our team consists of physicians who are board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics, as well as board-certified advanced practitioners. We offer convenient care to families at multiple locations throughout the area. If in-patient care is needed, our family medicine team collaborates with our Hospitalist team, ensuring your care is the best possible.

YOUR MEDICAL HOME

Having a medical home is important if you visit your doctor once a year or regularly. Your medical home is your home base that collects your medical information and shares it with collaborating providers. We coordinate your care to make sure you are being treated appropriately. We care about you and will continue to strive to provide the best care possible.
