Biography

Diana has served as a family nurse practitioner, where she works closely with a team of healthcare providers to
provide compassionate care for patients of all ages. Her multidisciplinary approach ensures patients receive the best care possible, whether they have the flu, earache, another common illness, or a chronic condition, such as diabetes or heart disease.

Diana’s nursing experience extends from emergency rooms and intensive care to non- urgent and primary care offices, as well as geriatric care from her LifeSource experience. She provides her expertise for both acute and chronic conditions as well as preventive medicine. Diana is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Diana believes support, communication, and education are equally important when it comes to patient care. She encourages patients to actively participate in their health through shared decision-making, health screenings, and self-management of chronic disease. She is dedicated to evidence-based research to build individualized treatment plans that meet each patient’s needs.
