Wilmington Health is excited to announce the upgrade of the MRI Scanner at 1202 Medical Center Drive. AirRecon DL and Artist Lift Technology will improve the patient experience. Wilmington Health is the only practice in the region where a sub-specialty, Level III-trained cardiologist, Dr. Matt Janik, can provide a complete clinical evaluation with cardiac MRI without the need for an additional radiology read. We are also the only practice in the region with a full suite of quantitative and qualitative software for all conditions.
These innovations allow for higher-quality scans at a lower cost, without an additional visit elsewhere.

Matt Janik, MD, FACC
Dr. Janik graduated from Yale University before attending medical school at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center/New York Hospital in New York and a fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He is American Board Certified in Internal Medicine (2007), Cardiovascular Disease (2010), Nuclear Cardiology (2010), Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (2010), and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (2010).
