Katie Noel Carroll, DNP, CRNA, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and personalized anesthesia care for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures. She understands that surgery can be an anxious time for patients and their families and believes in building trust through open communication, careful listening, and individualized care. Known for her attention to detail and calm, reassuring bedside manner, Katelyn partners closely with surgeons and the perioperative care team to ensure every patient receives exceptional care before, during, and after surgery.
Katie earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a concentration in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she graduated magna cum laude. She brings extensive experience providing anesthesia in hospital, ambulatory surgery center, and office-based settings, caring for patients undergoing cardiac, thoracic, neurosurgical, orthopedic, pediatric, obstetric, trauma, urologic, gynecologic, ear, nose and throat (ENT), plastic, and general surgical procedures, as well as advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures. Prior to becoming a CRNA, Katelyn spent several years caring for critically ill adult and pediatric patients in a Level I Trauma Center Burn Intensive Care Unit, an experience that strengthened her commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and delivering the highest standard of anesthesia care.
