Biography

Elizabeth D’Amelio, CNM, is a compassionate and empathetic Certified Nurse Midwife who has been caring for women and their newborns since 2015. While she specializes in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care, Elizabeth also provides routine gynecological services for women of all ages—including annual exams, birth control counseling, and preventive health visits. She welcomes patients whether they are expecting a baby or simply seeking a trusted, supportive provider for their ongoing women’s health care.

Elizabeth has provided care at several prestigious institutions, including Johns Hopkins Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, and New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. She brings this breadth of experience into every patient interaction, combining clinical expertise with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Midwifery from New York University and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Elizabeth has a special clinical interest in obstetrics and birth equity, and she is passionate about ensuring all patients feel respected, informed, and empowered throughout their care.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys paddleboarding, yoga, gardening, and spending time relaxing with her family.
