Dr. Neuwirth graduated medical school from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. He completed an internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. Dr. Neuwirth then performed his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, and Pitt County Memorial Hospital East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.

Dr. Neuwirth completed a Vascular and Endovascular Surgery fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and the Heart and Vascular Institute in Hershey, PA. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Vascular Surgery.

Dr. Neuwirth enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. They especially like going to the beach and pool during summer and outside activities year round.
