Biography
Apryl Guillory, DNP, FNP-C, is a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner at Wilmington Health Today’s Care in Porters Neck, where she is dedicated to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care across the lifespan. With extensive experience in urgent care, primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment, Apryl is known for her thoughtful clinical approach, strong diagnostic skills, and commitment to helping patients make informed decisions about their health. She believes healthcare is most effective when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care plans.
Throughout her career, Apryl has cared for patients in a variety of high-acuity and fast-paced clinical settings, including FastMed Urgent Care, Carolina QuickCare, Optum HouseCalls, and Brynn Marr Hospital. Her broad clinical background includes preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, occupational health, wellness exams, and minor procedures. She also has experience supporting patients with substance use disorders through comprehensive evaluations, medication-assisted treatment, and interdisciplinary collaboration focused on long-term recovery and whole-person wellness.
