Based on your recent appointment, your provider is recommending a referral to a mental health provider, as indicated below. Please refer to the steps below needed for the Wilmington Health Referral Center to assist you with scheduling your care.
Psychiatric Medication Management

Treatment with a licensed mental health professional to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing strategies to improve your mental well-being.
Step 1
Use the QR code below to search for a mental health provider through PsychologyToday.com. You may choose the provider who best meets your needs.
If you are unable to locate a participating provider please call the mental health/customer service number on the back of your insurance card. The insurance company will find someone that accepts your insurance, meets your specific mental health needs, and someone that is within a convenient travel distance for you.
Step 2 (Optional)
Once you have selected a provider, contact your Wilmington Health provider’s office and let us know the name of the psychiatrist or therapist you would like to see. We will send a referral to your selected provider to help coordinate your care.
Please note: A referral from Wilmington Health is not required to schedule your initial appointment. However, notifying us of your selected provider allows us to share relevant medical information and support coordination of your care.
