Dylan Cook, PA-C

Biography

Dylan Cook, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in emergency medicine, orthopedics, and primary care. A graduate of the University of the Pacific’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program, Dylan brings extensive clinical training and pre-hospital emergency experience to patient care. With prior service as a paramedic and EMT, he has developed exceptional clinical judgment, adaptability, and composure in high-acuity environments. This foundation supports a patient-centered approach focused on delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care to individuals across the lifespan and within diverse and underserved populations.

Throughout his clinical training, Dylan developed broad experience across multiple specialties, including orthopedic spine surgery, trauma surgery, emergency medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynecology, and internal medicine. He is skilled in comprehensive patient assessment, diagnostic interpretation, procedural care, and perioperative management. His clinical rotations emphasized the integration of evidence-based medicine into individualized treatment planning, preventative care, and patient education. Experience working in underserved community clinics further strengthened his commitment to improving healthcare access, addressing health disparities, and promoting preventative health and chronic disease management through collaborative, multidisciplinary care.

Dylan remains dedicated to continuous professional growth and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. Active involvement with the American Academy of Physician Assistants reflects his commitment to lifelong learning and adherence to evolving best practices. Drawing from experience in emergency response, surgical care, and primary care medicine, Dylan prioritizes patient safety, clinical efficiency, and clear patient communication. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare, he strives to improve patient outcomes and support overall community health and wellness.

In his free time, Dylan enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and staying active with surfing and going to the gym.
