“Wilmington Family Physicians provides childhood immunizations, which helps ensure that your child receives the immunizations needed so that he or she can be ready to enter school or day care.

According to the NC Department of Public Health, currently, kindergarten programs require the following vaccinations: diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis; polio, measles, mumps, rubella, Haemophilus Influenza type B (Hib), Hepatitis B and chickenpox.

This is one of the reasons we like to establish a health care relationship with our youngest clients early—we want to be partners in their care with you as your children go through different stages of growth, so you can be sure that your children are treated by professionals who know their health care history.”
