Biography

Jake Farnsworth, DNP has served for 10+ years in the Jacksonville community at Onslow Memorial Hospital and the Onslow County Health Department providing family medicine, communicable disease, and emergency medicine care. Jake is experienced in serving patients of all ages, and he enjoys providing evidence-based, high-quality care to the community that he serves.

Jake enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, sports, playing music, and volunteering for local and global faith-based medical mission work.
