Wilmington Health is dedicated to the charitable support of our community, as it directly aligns with our strategic pillar of Community Commitment. For Wilmington Health to allocate funds related to charitable giving, it must directly tie to the following:

If your 501c3 organization desires our participation or contribution for your cause, please fill out this form in its entirety. Allow 30 days for us to process your request and respond with a decision. If your organization is not a 501c3, your request will be processed as an advertising expense but you can use this form for that request.

Note: As of October 2025, we will not be approving any additional sponsor requests for charitable giving or event sponsorship through September, 2026. Please consider completing this form in September, 2026 for potential consideration at that time.
