Biography

Jessica Swann, PA-C graduated from Salus University in Elkins Park, PA with a Master of Medical Science, Physician Assistant Studies. While attending Salus University, she served as the Vice President of her Class of 2017. Upon graduation, she served in Internal Medicine and Primary Care for the geriatric population in an outpatient clinic. She also has hospitalist experience at NHRMC and has managed subacute rehab patients at Bradley Creek Health Center. Jessica specializes in internal medicine, preventative health care, and comprehensive health management.

Jessica enjoys distance running, hiking, fishing, and any outdoor activity with my 2 dogs, husband, and sons.

Clinical interests

My clinical interests are cardiology, diabetes, and lifestyle modification for weight loss / mediating risk factors for chronic diseases. I like to work with the patient to build a health plan that works for them to improve compliance and overall success.
