Kaela Pearce, MD

Biography

Kaela Pearce, MD graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Dr. Pearce is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Pearce has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, as well as an attending physician at the San Antonio Military Medical Center. Dr. Pearce has also dedicated a portion of her career to clinical research.

Dr. Pearce is a highly decorated commissioned officer in the Air Force who has showcased dedication to our valued military service members and she has conducted community outreach for athletics programs.

Dr. Pearce enjoys exploring new places and new cuisines, listening to live music, and watching true crime documentaries. She and her wife, Lindsey, have a daughter, Porter, and two rescue dogs.
