How to Reset/Create a New Password

Step 1

On portal log in page select, Need help with your username and password?

Step 2

Select I forgot my Password

Step 3

Enter your username and click Submit.

Step 4

Enter the answer to your security question and click Submit.

Step 5

An email will be sent to reset your account.

Step 6

Open the Password reset email and click the Forgot Password link.

The Reset login credentials page opens and displays your username.

Step 7

Reset your password

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive and must be between six and twenty characters. Password must contain at least one number. Use mixed case letters, numbers and special characters to increase the password strength

Step 8

A message displays indicating that your password has been reset.

Step 9

Click OK to continue.
