Instructions for logging into Patient Portal to customize the account
Step 1
Go to https://www.wilmingtonhealth.com/patient-portal.
Step 2
Click the “Log-in now!” button.
Step 3
Click “Create an Account.” Register your account by using an existing e-mail or social media account.
Step 4
Enter your information and select “Agree to terms/conditions.” Select “No Pin” in the Registration Option. Wilmington Health must authenticate your account before patient data will be available.
Step 5
Complete the process by confirming your e-mail address for future log ins.
Congratulations! Begin exploring and using your new patient portal.
