Wilmington Health Now Offers Mobile Check-In at Most Locations!

As part of WH’s mission to provide increased access to care that is convenient to our patients, Wilmington Health is excited to announce mobile check-in is now available for our patients!

Patients with upcoming appointments will receive a link via text message prior to their appointment that allows them to easily complete pre-registration tasks, provide new or updated insurance information, and process payment for their visit and open balance, all on their mobile device, saving them time in the office.

• Patients can be completed on any mobile device
• Mobile Check-In is completely optional. Patients are still able to check-in with our friendly Patient Representatives in the office (or – at the front desk).
• All transactions and information are secure!
• We ask that patients still arrive at the office on-time for their appointments.
