Rebecca Schwartz, FNP
Rebecca Schwartz, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, graduated as Valedictorian with the Gold Medal of Excellence from Sacred Heart University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice as Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner by the AANPC. Rebecca has served in Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, and ICU, and she is proud to serve now at the City of Wilmington clinic powered by Wilmington Health.
Jordan Wilson, CMA
Jordan Wilson, CMA, graduated from Edison Community College. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in both acute and preventive care, as well as occupational health and cardiology. She also completed an internship for Occupational Health at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She leverages this experience to provide quality care to the valued employees of the City of Wilmington.
