Alysa Bostick, Director of Provider Relations

Alysa Bostick is passionate about connecting exceptional providers to opportunities that foster professional growth, encourage collaborative practice, and elevate healthcare delivery for patients and families across coastal North Carolina. Her dedication to talent acquisition is rooted in her belief that highly engaged providers are the cornerstone to impactful and transformative patient care.

Outside of her professional role, Alysa is an avid mariner who enjoys spending time on the Cape Fear River, dockside dining along the Intracoastal Waterway, and exploring the barrier islands that showcase the uniqueness of our community.  

Hunter MacIntyre MPA, Director of Provider Relations

Hunter MacIntyre brings more than a decade of experience in provider relations, physician recruitment, and strategic market growth across coastal North Carolina. She began her career working alongside executive leadership through the Coastal Carolinas Health Alliance, collaborating with hospital systems across the region before serving as Novant Health’s sole Physician Liaison for an 11-county market, where she supported expansion, physician engagement, and community partnerships.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in medicine, Hunter understands the realities physicians face — both professionally and personally — and has built her career around advocating for environments where providers can truly thrive. For the past ten years, she has focused on helping physicians find more than a job, guiding them toward practices where they can lead, grow, and shape the future of care.
