Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Instructions & Information
- Come to 2421 Silver Stream Lane, and go to the Oncology department
- Sign in at the front desk.
- Complete the registration process.
- If you are scheduled to have your blood drawn, a staff member will give you your lab slip(s) and direct you to the blood draw station.
- After your blood is drawn, report back to the Oncology waiting area. If your wait exceeds 20 minutes, please ask the receptionist to check with the nurse regarding the delay.
- When a room becomes available, you will be brought to the exam room for the nursing assessment. Please bring a list of all your medications for the nurse and physician to review.
- After your assessment, you will be seen by your physician or nurse practitioner. This is your opportunity to ask questions and request prescription refills. Please come prepared.
- After you are seen by your physician or nurse practitioner, you will be directed to stop at the discharge desk to schedule your follow-up appointment(s). This is another opportunity to ask questions about your treatment plan.
