Description: Infectious meningitis is an inflammation of the lining of the brain and spinal cord caused by the meningococcus bacteria. Adolescents and young adults have an increased risk of this infection. A research study is exploring three different types of vaccines that might help the body make antibodies against meningitis in healthy participants. Other criteria apply. Qualified participants will receive study vaccine or FDA-approved vaccine at no cost.

Patient Commitment Duration: Approximately 1 year
Number of visits in study: Approximately 4 clinic visits and 1 phone call
Patient Compensation: Financial compensation will be provided for time and travel expenses.
