Description:
It's estimated that 1.5 million new cases of lung nodules are found per year in the United States. The goal in managing this condition is to rapidly identify and resect malignant nodules and avoid invasive surgery for benign nodules.*
A research study is evaluating the accuracy of biomarker tests in blood samples from adults with intermediate risk lung nodules.
This research study may be an option if you:
• Have a biopsy planned or scheduled to confirm pathologic diagnosis of lung nodules
• Have no prior history of cancer
• Are not currently receiving biologic therapy for any disease
