Loss of Muscle Mass and Strength Due to Age – Sarcopenia

A research study is evaluating an investigational oral medication for sarcopenia which is a common condition associated with aging resulting in loss of muscle mass and strength. 

This research study may be an option if you: 

•    Have reported loss of physical function over the last 6 – 12 months

•    Are at risk of mobility impairment 

•    Are willing to avoid a sedentary lifestyle and maintain healthy nutrition for the duration of the study

•    Do not have Parkinson’s Disease

Qualified participants will receive all study-related care and study medication at no cost.

Enrollment: Open

Patient Commitment Duration: Approximately 8 months

Number of visits in study: Approximately 6 clinic visits

Patient Compensation: Financial compensation may be provided for time and travel expenses
