Biography

Mary Pinto, NP graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC in 2015 with a Masters of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a nurse serving in the hematology/oncology units at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, NC, where she mastered clinical proficiency within the hematology/oncology spectrum. She later pursued a position as a nurse for both the Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant units at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Upon her graduation from The George Washington University, she served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at The Pavilion at Brightmore in Charlotte, NC, as well as at Accordius Health at Monroe in Charlotte, NC.

Mary is a dedicated, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who delivers reliable, ethical healthcare with the ability to work on and lead multidisciplinary teams. She works hard to build positive relationships with patients, family members, physicians and other medical professionals. Known as a patient advocate and team player; she believes in empowering patients by delivering health education and care that enhances wellness and quality of life. Mary has strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience and personal observation.

Mary enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exercise, and going to the beach.
