Biography
Craig Hare, PA-C, was enlisted in the United States Air Force from 1986-1992. While there he completed EMT school, NCO prep and EMT flight school.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He received his Masters in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, NE.

NCCPA, BLS, SEMPA, ATLS
Current North Carolina, Colorado, and DEA licensure
