When asked about her favorite aspect of her practice, Dr. Ammons replied “ I really enjoy the continuity of establishing a relationship and really getting to know my patients and letting them really get to know me. That creates a special bond and when things are “off” I know it and when things are going great, I also know it. It is a mutually benefiting relationship between patient and provider to feel comfortable and have trust.”

In her personal time Dr. Ammons enjoys spending time with her three children and her husband. She enjoys aerobic work outs, festivals, traveling, dining out (in moderation), and striving to make good choices the same as she would ask of her patients.
