"My philosophy on practicing medicine is to first practice prevention. I try very hard to make sure my patients are kept healthy. If my patients do have ailments that need treated, I strive to first try and educate my patients about lifestyle changes they could make to help the disease process before jumping to medications. If lifestyle changes do not solve the problem then I work with my patients to try and find the next treatment option that is best for them as individuals. I also believe in finding the root of the problem and not just treating the symptoms or putting a 'band aid' on a problem."
