Biography

Dr. O’Neil graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Virginia. Dr. O’Neil is certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Critical Care.

Dr. O’Neil was awarded 2019 and 2020 Best Doctor in Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine.
