Helping patients achieve healthier lifestyles, weight loss, and improved diabetes control. This can be achieved by a number of different strategies, but all focus on eating more of the good (healthy) stuff like veggies and fruits, lean proteins, whole grains, and water and less of the not so healthy stuff like processed foods, fast foods, and restaurant meals.

"I am passionate about the work that I do because nutrition, weight management, and diabetes education and prevention are integral to the health and wellness of our population. Most of our clients know what they should eat, but knowing doesn't equal doing. We provide information, training, and coaching for behavior change in a supportive and encouraging environment."
