Biography

While at Duke, Dr. Gratian served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Nutrition, as well as Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery and Medical Director of the Pituitary Tumor Clinic. Dr. Gratian produced multiple publications and conducted presentations throughout her career on various endocrine conditions. Dr. Gratian is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, as well as the American Board of Internal Medicine; Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. Dr. Gratian is particularly interested in the management of pituitary, adrenal, and thyroid dysfunction.

In her time away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family including her 2 children, and taking advantage of the coastal lifestyle.

Dr. Gratian graduated medical school at the Tulane University School of Medicine, LA.
