We conduct clinical research and participate in medical school teaching here at Wilmington Health. We use multiple electronic tools to identify specific medical needs for each individual patient. In addition, we identify groups of patients who might benefit from additional services and assistance. Our goal is to improve the health of the whole community and lower the cost of care for our patients."
