Wilmington Health Pediatrics Asthma Clinic Accredited

Wilmington Health Pediatrics Asthma Care Clinic was recently Physician Asthma Care Education (PACE) certified. Physicians and public health professionals at the University of Michigan Center for Managing Chronic Disease and at Columbia University established the PACE program. Patients being treated by PACE physicians can expect fewer days affected by asthma symptoms and fewer emergency room visits.

“We work closely with our patients' parents to effectively monitor health, symptoms, and medications to ensure every child receives quality asthma care,” said Wilmington Health Pediatrics’ Marc Yandle, MD. “Every patient is different, which is why we will work together to create an action plan to properly manage your child’s asthma.”

As recommended by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute Guidelines for Diagnosis and Management of Asthma, which is endorsed by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Wilmington Health Pediatrics Asthma Care Clinic more frequently monitors patients with a diagnosis of persistent asthma than other practices.

Wilmington Health Pediatrics is conveniently located at 2421 Silver Stream Lane, Wilmington; 4320 Henson Drive, Wilmington; and 1333 South Dickinson Drive, Suite 140, Leland. To learn more about the Asthma Care Clinic, including how your child can become a patient, visit
