Wilmington Health Expands Obstetrics and Gynecology

 Dr. Nicole Carroll to begin seeing patients

Wilmington Health OB/GYN welcomes Nicole Carroll, MD. She will see patients at both OB/GYN facilities, 1802 South 17th Street and 8064 Market Street (Porters Neck).

"Quality patient care is a priority at Wilmington Health," says Jeff James, Chief Executive Officer of Wilmington Health. "Dr. Carroll's education, experience and dedication to our patients make her a natural fit for our team."

As a physician in OB/GYN, Dr. Carroll will offer care and advice for women from puberty through adulthood. In addition to providing physical examinations, breast examinations, and pap smears, she will help patients with family planning decisions and birth options. She will also care for patients during pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause.

Dr. Carroll received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from East Carolina University, Greenville, NC. She earned her medical degree from Brody School of Medicine, Greenville, NC, and completed her residency in obstetrics/gynecology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN.
