Wilmington Health Adds Doctor at Oak Island Location

Dr. Morgan Todd joins the Family Medicine team


Wilmington Health is pleased to welcome Morgan Todd, MD, to its healthcare family. Dr. Todd will join Peter Almirall, MD, and Heather Bowers, PA-C, at the facility on 8715 East Oak Island Drive, Oak Island.

“We are continuing to expand our outlying facilities to provide more convenient healthcare options for our patients,” said Jeff James, Wilmington Health Chief Executive Officer. “With the addition of Dr. Todd, Oak Island residents have even more primary care options available in the community.”

In Family Medicine, Dr. Todd diagnoses and treats non-surgical illnesses or disorders from infancy through adulthood and promotes wellness care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Todd received her bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the College of Charleston, SC. She attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston. She completed the Trident Family Medicine Residency program at Trident Hospital System/Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston.
