Wilmington Health Doctor Moves to Porters Neck Office

Dr Catherine Sotir, MD,  has moved her family medicine practice to Wilmington Health's Porters Neck office, located at 8108-B Market Street.

"I'm very excited to be a part of Wilmington Health's ongoing effort to improve patient access in the Porter Neck area," said Dr. Sotir.

Dr. Sotir has been practicing for 16 years, and more than half of that time has been spent teaching physicians specializing in Family Medicine.   She has been recognized for her teaching and innovative work throughout her career.  Dr. Sotir's practice model incorporates teaching patients about their health.

"I try and focus my practice on disease prevention and keeping my patients healthy," said Dr. Sotir.

Family medicine is a form of primary care that provides continuing, comprehensive health care across all ages, sexes, diseases, and parts of the body.
