The Fittest Execs Competition

Wilmington Health's CEO, Jeff James, is one of several executives in the area competing for the title of Fittest Executive. The competition, presented by the Greater Wilmington Business Journal, is a fun way to challenge executives and their employees to live healthier lifestyles.

Executives will be able to take part in the competition individually or they can enter as a team along with employees in their organizations. Each participant will go through a fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the competition to chart their progress.

Awards for the Fittest Execs will be give out to the winning teams and individuals during the BizTech Conference and Expo on January 13 at the new Wilmington Convention Center.
