Wilmington Health launches new brand identity

WILMINGTON, NC—Wilmington Health Associates announced on Monday, August 9, that it is bringing its entities, including The Children's Clinic, Carolina OB/GYN, and Med Care, together under a new, unified name—Wilmington Health.

"This unification communicates to the people of the Wilmington area that Wilmington Health is the only organization that has the capabilities to care for every health need patients may have," said Jeff James, Chief Executive Officer of Wilmington Health.

"Wilmington Health's primary care providers and specialists work together to provide the most accurate diagnosis, best course of treatment, and the highest level of concern for those they serve," said James. "And that's not going to change."  

Wilmington Health is building a new brand name that will be synonymous with the highest level of care available. As part of the new brand identity, Wilmington Health also updated its logo. The new Wilmington Health logo uses the classic cross shape associated with healthcare in a contemporary fashion. The shadows incorporated into the design convey the depth of the organization, while the single red square represents the patient. 

In addition, Wilmington Health will launch the "We Are" campaign on August 9. The campaign communicates to the greater Wilmington area the depth and breadth of the healthcare services offered by the organization. The message of the campaign is simple: We Are Wilmington Health.  

"We are growing; we are unified; we are prepared; we are sophisticated; we are the best that healthcare has to offer in this area; and we are Wilmington Health," said James.  

Wilmington Health has provided premier healthcare to the residents of southeastern North Carolina for nearly 30 years.
