About Wilmington Health

Wilmington Health-Caring for your life.
Since 1971, Wilmington Health has been committed to the care and health of our community in Wilmington as well as all of South Eastern North Carolina. Wilmington Health is structured as a multi-specialty clinic with primary care providers integrated into the system. In this way, Wilmington Health is able to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to the care of all our patients.
The care given at Wilmington Health facilities is organized around a state of the art electronic medical record. This allows our physicians and nurses to remain in close communication with each other which we feel is critical in today's complex medical system.
Wilmington Health provides comprehensive up to date care in multiple medical specialties including cardiology, electrophysiology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. Surgical services include general surgery, vascular surgery, endovascular surgery, colorectal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ear-nose-and-throat, as well as urologic surgery including Robotics. Primary care services include family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics. Although many physicians at Wilmington Health tend to their patients at the hospital, Wilmington Health also has a highly specialized group of internists specializing in hospital based medicine.
Wilmington Health provides medical services including sleep evaluations, physical therapy, travel clinic, neurodiagnostic testing, general radiology, CT, and MRI services. Wilmington Health is able to perform cardiologic testing including nuclear medicine, echocardiography, pacemaker evaluations, and catheterizations. Wilmington Health has a fully integrated vascular laboratory for the evaluation of circulatory problems. Wilmington Health dermatology is very active in handling cosmetic problems as well as all forms of skin conditions.
Wilmington Health is committed to the welfare of our community whether young or old, whether the problem may be simple or complex. And, we are continually evolving our approach so that needs of our patients are met in as friendly an atmosphere as possible. We strive to be the center of medical and surgical excellence in this community and your healthcare destination of choice.
